A distributor promotes, distributes, and sets up ACE for end customers. Under the Terms this role is open to everyone — you don't own or sub-license the software, you deliver the hands-on services around it.
No application fee and no gatekeeping — any individual or entity may become a distributor and start serving customers.
Provide physical installation, environment setup, and configuration of ACE for customers on their own hardware.
Offer on-site maintenance and technical support, and represent ACE's capabilities honestly and accurately.
Operate and distribute anywhere in the world with no territorial restrictions — while following your local laws.
Software licenses follow ACE's standard pricing, which you keep consistent for customers. On top of that, you set your own fees for the value you add — clearly separate from the license fee:
